By using Just Tasks, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms.
You must have a Google Account to use the service. Just Tasks is not affiliated with Google in any way, but we use Google Tasks API to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. You can try it freely for 64 days (14 days to withdraw on EU + 50 days on us). After the trial period, the service is prepaid yearly.
If you are an EU consumer, you have a legal guarantee that the service will not work worse than at the time you have tried it.
You must not use Just Tasks for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not disturb the service for other users.
If you want to cancel the service, go to https://myaccount.google.com/connections and delete all connections you have with Just Tasks there.
We may change these terms of service anytime, effective for new payments.
If any of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue to be valid and enforceable. The service is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and the Polish court shall be the governing jurisdiction.
We collect your IP, email address, Google Profile information, and Google Tasks data. We use this data only to provide the service and to communicate with you.
The data are processed in EU, but encrypted backups may be stored in the US under protection of Data Privacy Framework.
If you want to update your personal information, do it in your Google Account and let us know by updating your registration at https://tasks.enabla.pl/auth/google.
You have rights to data portability, access, restrict processing and object to the processing of your data and the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (UODO).
You may delete your data by canceling the service. But please note some of your data may stay in our logs and backups for up to a year, and we keep any billing information and complaints for 6 years, due to legal reasons.
